Commercial model in review

Pricing will follow the value and cost drivers the product actually controls.

Public prices, plan names, discounts, overages, historical scan limits, and checkout are not active. The source currently models the commercial dimensions below so a reviewed catalog can be introduced without confusing identity with billing.

No active checkout: Stripe purchasing, subscription activation, invoicing, proration, credits, discounts, and payment collection remain disabled.
Organization entitlement

A LeadLeak license belongs to an organization. Access never transfers globally with a person.

Named seats

Each person needs a valid destination membership, grant, entitlement, and seat resolution for that organization.

Funnel capacity

The current planning default is five active funnels per workspace. Funnel allowance belongs to the organization, not to each seat.

Recovery scope

Inbox sources, authorized scan depth, retention, active records, and reporting depth require explicit plan definitions.

Screening usage

Initial scrubs, 28-day re-scrubs, provider units, failure treatment, capacity, and overage rules depend on verified provider economics.

Advanced marketing

Greater funnel capacity, advanced construction, journey intelligence, experimentation, pixels, and audience operations may be packaged through Achieve Social.

Seat rule

Selected organization only

A seat purchased by one organization permits use only in that organization's context.

Billing boundary

LeadLeak calculates price

EntitySSO receives only the resulting access projection; it does not receive invoice, payment-method, or discount-calculation details.

Failure behavior

No paid state, no active seat

Payment failure or unresolved commercial eligibility must never result in active product access.
