Planned scenarios cover inbound follow-up, stale-lead recovery, renewal/reactivation, decision-maker scheduling, controlled prospecting, and existing-client expansion.
Guided, documented conversations
Help the producer reach the right decision-maker—and document what actually happened.
Call Navigator uses reusable conversation plates rather than one hard-coded script. It starts from an authorized LeadLeak record, checks eligibility, guides likely branches, captures context, and ends in an explicit disposition.
Each plate represents the current conversation state, suggested language, likely responses, fallback handling, and the next valid plate.
Controlled outbound paths remain unavailable when the selected phone record is unresolved, expired, suppressed, revoked, held, or outside the user's workspace authority.
The central objective is a qualified appointment with the correct decision-maker—not an unsupported claim that a sale or calendar write occurred.
Booked, awaiting confirmation, follow-up, referral, nurture, no contact, not qualified, declined, do-not-contact, and escalation remain distinct outcomes.
LeadLeak does not currently claim live telephony, recording, transcription, automated dialing, bulk calling, or native calendar writes.
